I love awards night! And I always look forward to them. I don’t particularly look forward to knowing who wins what, but I’m more excited about awards fashion!
Here’s some Asian celebrities all glammed up for 2010 Star Style Awards in Shanghai last November 27.
Vivian Hsu – i love the detail of the gown but I must admit, that tattoo doesn’t look so becoming..
Singer Elva Hsiao – hmm, why is she wearing a bed sheet with a feather duster for her bodice?
Athena Chu – hohummm… boring.
Charlie Yeung – like the hair, the dress… another boring black with a very ordinary cut.
Gong Xinliang – was that the necklace in Titanic? And what’s with the hair?
Ariel Lin – lovely hair, lovely dress, but the belt! the belt!!!
Denise Ho- reminds me of the lady captain in Treasure Planet movie…
Han Geng – uh oh..he’s probably expecting a rain storm or something..
Ady Ann – cute. but boring colors.
Dylan Kuo – who is he? he look kinda unkempt but cute.

I must confess I love Yoon Eun Hye to bits. There’s something so likeable about her. She exudes that rare quality where your can help but just like her. And that she’s really talented is an extra bonus on her.
I’m sure a lot of people out there are waiting for her next project. And the news that she’s joining the cast of the Korean drama ‘Love Song’, a remake of the hit Chinese movie “Comrades, Almost a Love Story”, will surely make some fans happy, as for me its a whole lot better than reading on news about 5th wheel insurance!
Yoon Eun Hye will be playing the character of Yoo Chae-hwa, a Korean living in China and she will be starring opposite actor Park Yong-ha. Yoon Eun Hye always has sizzling chemistry with her co-stars so I’m looking forward to how this team-up fares.
According to Verdi Media, ‘Love Song’ is slated to start filming this July and to premiere at the end of the year.
Fugitive is shaping up to be a really must-see Korea drama! With a stellar cast that includes Rain, Lee Na-young, and Lee Jung-jin, now the upcoming drama has added Korean-American actor Daniel Henney to its roster of impressive cast..
The screenwriter of the series has also revealed that he wrote the character with Henney in mind, describing the character to be having "a cold-blooded charisma underneath a warm smile." The series will be directed by noted television producer Kwak Jeong-hwan and written by Cheon Seong-il, the duo behind the recent hit TV series "The Slave Hunters" earlier this year.
I loved Daniel Henney in his debut drama acting role in My Name is Kim Sam Soon and it has been awhile since he has acted in a drama series. Something to watch out for .. The drama series is scheduled to start in September 2010.
