Not exactly a new blog. It has been online for quite sometime already. For sure you can all see that I’m into fashion, trends, magazines and this other blog is somehow related to this passion. I’m quite obsessed with trend watching, lol! If you also love fashion and if you’re like me who’d rather watch trends than get serious with my teaching degrees, then you might want to have a look at this blog – Seeking Out What’s IN and What’s IT!
Anyway, I’ve been doing a lot of blog makeovers and I skipped that blog. Mainly coz I was in love with the current layout. But I think its time for a change. I’m thinking of something really minimalistic, without much images and whatnots, just plain text to highlight the content.
Once I’m done with it, for sure I’ll be back to posting on this. Later

I changed theme planning to have a rotating header thing. But till now I have yet to make it.. Hmmm, I am just so swamped with work and this has taken a backseat. I’m also back to watching Kdrama and currently obsessing on Dream High so this taking the times I’m not blogging. lol!
Anyway, I really hope I could get down and some photoshopping for the blog headers soon. I really also need to do some blog networking. Note to self: Remember this!!! Among my blogs, this is the most neglected..
I also have plugin installations to do and thankfully I remembered to install a back up plugin last time. That’s one thing that’s really important – data backup. Losing data I’ve worked long for will absolutely drive anyone nuts so thankfully I have this covered already.
Other than those, I’d still be posting regularly and of course do a bit of SEO.

I’m planning to do some revamp on this blog. Things are in planning as of now so I’m not sure yet what would change. For one, I have to do something about the traffic and networking and also step up my posting frequency. I’ ve had lot of things on my plate for the past months that this has been on the backburner.
Last year, this site has been enjoying minimal traffic, but the sad neglect {with only moi to blame} has led to its now really low traffic. Seems like I’ve been plenty preoccupied with things going on in my other sites, my personal life {huh!? oh yes, I have a life}, travel, mundane things like looking for clawfoot tubs for our house renovation etc etc.
I have to pick up and read back why I started the site and go on from there. So expect more about Asian culture articles and features plus a steady dose of my recent obsession – Asian fashion magazines, Asian magazine editorials, covers and more.
That’s it for the quick blurb..

It’s holidays and I know I’ll be forgiven for not updating much hahaha! I’m pretty sure by this one everyone is pretty much happy with partying, opening gifts and all. Hmm, did you guys get what you wanted for Christmas?
Me? I didn’t exactly get what I wanted as I was hankering for any of the latest cell phones but I didn’t get it (meaning I should just work for it myself hahaha) but instead I got a really cool and for me uber functional Wacom Graphic Tablet! How cool could this gadget be?
I’m really into illustration, graphic design, and now I’ve taken to designing digital scrapbook kits and this is a huge help! So, its safe to say, I’m really really satisfied with the loot. =)
Anyway, I’m really just dropping here to wish everyone a Happy and Fruitful New Year! In four days time, we’ll all be welcoming 2011 and let’s do it with a bang! Cheers for 2011!

Hmm, this has nothing to do with the usual topics I post here, I just feel like blurbing about blogging and changes in store for this blog. Last time I was searching for life insurance rates online and I had this sudden thought why I’m not loving this site like I used to. In fact, I’ve been mildly neglectful. After staring at the whole site for a couple of minutes, I thought I still love the topics, the picks I posted, what didn’t appeal to me was the template.
So, I’ve just recently changed the template, I found the old one too cluttered for my taste so I changed to MistyLook Theme. And I love how the content is highlighted and the photos looks really good too. And since it only has a single sidebar everything looks more organized.
Sigh! I could breathe easy now. And I’m quite happy with how the site is going. Things could improve and I have to work on a bit of link building but it will come.
And a note to self, I have to fix that header image. I guess I have to head over and do a bit of Photoshopping now.. Ciao!

I’m a crazy shopper and I wish we also had our own Black Friday sale here in Asia. But I could still make a go for it with those online counterparts in different shopping sites. What’s a Black Friday anyway? I used to think it has something to do with Holy Week but it actually refers to the Friday following the Thankgiving day in US, and which traditionally signifies the beginning of Christmas season.
Though not an official holiday, a lot of workers have their days off so there are more potential shoppers which led retailers to try to draw this potential buyers with lots of sales and discounts. Big retailers often open their doors to shoppers really early like 5 am. I think this is a really interesting thing and one I would like to experience myself. For now, I’m going to take advantage of some Black Friday deals online.
