If you’re into Asian fashion and online shopper, I’m pretty certain you’ve heard of Yesstyle already. It’s one of the well known shopping sites for Asian fashion and Asian brands and they cater to international shoppers. If you’re into uniquely Asian fashion or you have a loved one who is, then this is one site to check out for gift ideas for Christmas.

Yesstyle carry a lot of trendy Asian brands. I personally find Yesstyle products to be of a lot better quality than wholesale site and that alone is worth checking them out. Prices are also very competitive considering that they are Asian designer brands. They also have worldwide delivery service, gift packaging and a responsive customer support.
And here’s just a glimpse of some of the brands Yesstyle carry:

Miss browsing for Asian fashion magazines. I thought I could forego my monthly dose of mega browsing Asian fashion mags, and instead just play PC games or make Christmas invitations, but alas! I think I needed my fashion magazine fix. Lol! Yes, I am that obsessive.
I was checking out the latest crop of magazine covers and here’s one that piqued my interest. January Jones lensed by Craig McDean for W Korea June 2011 issue. I love the very contemporary vibe to this cover…

More later.

It has been awhile since I last posted something about music. Not that I’m not enjoying music anymore, I was simply preoccupied with Asian fashion magazines for a time. Anyway, SNSD recently released the full music video of their single Mr. Taxi. Check it out..

I love the understated styling of this cover. Barbara Palvin for Harper’s Bazaar Korea April 2011 issue. Lensed by Rama.
I took a bit of break from blogging here, we were on a long holiday. But now I’m back and have a pretty good lineup of Asian fashion magazines. The current crop looks really promising. I love fashion, obviously. I’m a trend watcher, I love women’s brands but I also take note of men’s brands like coogi clothing. In short, I love all things pretty. And I like sharing it to everyone.

Here’s another Asian fashion magazine feature. Marie Claire Korea March issue features Korean model, singer and actress Min Hyo-rin all clad in Dior. Love the casual chic of the outfits..
I think I’m loving Hyo Rin as a model. She has that fresh, casual chic so rare now in young ‘uns..

Lots of Asian magazines again…Numéro Tokyo April 2011 issue features French model Sigrid Agren photographed by Alex Cayley. The cover is only so so to me but I love this model’s bone structure. I wish I had her cheekbones. Lol! Maybe in another lifetime..
I’m having a grand time compiling Asian fashion magazine covers and editorials. In fact, its a passion for me, it makes me happy to see some really cool looking covers and editorials coming from Asian glossies. I just sure wish they would feature more ‘Asian’ models.

I’m seriously in love with this stunning stunning editorial featuring Raquel Zimmermann, choreographer Stephen Galloway and lensed by Inez & Vinoodh. Styled by George Cortina. Raquel dons gorgeous, eye catching gowns by Marc Jacobs, Yves Saint Laurent and Salvatore Ferragamo.
Love the flow of the fabrics, the movements, the colors, the concept as a whole. Admittedly, there are shots where the choreographer overshadows Zimmerman, but in whole, this is a really beautiful editorial.

I’m still on Asian fashion magazine editorials hunt. And here’s the most recent crop. Uh oh, I just found the February 2011 issue editorial later than the March issue. Lol! And I’m loving it. I find it so elegant and glamorous, and those red accessories are just so boldly stunning. Beautiful, dramatic and oh so delicate looks.
In this editorial Bianca Balti is styled by Aurora Sansone and fabulously photographed by Sinisha Nisevic .
Tis the reason why I love fashion glossies. It’s nice seeing glam fashion once in a while in lieu of bath towel draped looks. Will post more featured editorials soon.
