It’s been awhile since I posted something fashion and style editorial related. I guess I’ve been blindsided by life and was in need of roadside assistance plan. Well, not really. Life just happened and I didn’t have the luxury of time to browse for things I enjoyed. Thank God, everything is back to normal now and for the first time in weeks I was looking at the ‘crops’ for July and August.

Not much, but I’ll be posting a few that I loved. Topping the list would be Harper’s Bazaar Korea’s fashion editorial called Gateway Chic. Well, its definitely so chic and I love the fluidity of the shots. I am also in love with the styling. Featuring model So Young Kang, lensed by Bolec and styled by Mirim Lee.

Lovely, lovely. Makes me want to go out and head over to the nearest luxury resort..

Here’s a bit of tech news. I think I’m taking a day’s break from fashion features hehe.. Anyway, I was looking at xbox wireless adapter online when I decided to check out the latest in notebooks. Particularly from Samsung and what’s the latest from Asia..

Samsung Sens 9 has been launched in US last month and is now available in Korea since May 4th! So what’s the big deal? For me, yes its a big deal! I want a new lappie and I kinda dig this! Why? 3.3 inch ’9′ weighs only 1311 grams and 17.3 mm thickness. Thin and sexy. And comes with enough fire power to indulge my graphic design and blogging addiction.

It has been awhile since I last featured a Singapore based magazine cover. Not because  I don’t like them but I find them really hard to look for.  I think I have to do a more intensive search to find the monthly releases coz they only deserve to be featured. They often project a very sophisticated look on their covers and editorials, which is hardly surprising as Singapore is one of Asia’s fashion capitals.

Anyway, thankfully I stumbled across this at modenewslicious. Nicole Trunfio lensed by Simon Upton for Harper’s Bazaar Singapore April 2011.

And here’s the cover editorial (via FashionGoneRogue) styled by Kenneth Goh. This shoot obviously pays tribute to Giorgio Armani’s spring collection.
